TIME LIMIT

Once you receive the order, you have a maximum of 14 calendar days to complete the return form and 48 hours to notify us about a defective / broken / wrong product.

If you don't complete the form within this time range, the return won't be accepted.

EXCEPTION LIST

All the following products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene:

• Intimates
• Underwear
• Jewelry
• Swimwear

REQUIREMENTS

Any return must meet the following requirements in order to be suitable for a refund:

• The product must be in perfect conditions
• It has to come with the exact same packaging as you receive It
• The return form has to be completed before 14 calendar days

CONDITIONS

The Return Policy is regulated by the following conditions, so make sure to understand them before buying.

The returns on Global Hunter are easy but not for free. On all returned orders that didn't have free shipping, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Orders below 2kg

When submitting a return you will have the possibility to ask for a shipping label, which has a cost of 4,99 € that will be discounted on the refund of the order.

You can also ship the parcel yourself covering the shipping cost. All the address details will be sent to you after submitting the returns form.

Orders +2kg

You will have to send the product yourself covering all the expenses to the address that we will provide you after finishing the Returns Form.

Orders of +5 items or repeated model 

If your order has more than 5 items or same item in different sizes or colours, and you want to return 3 or more, each item will have an extra cost of return of 4,99 € for each product to cover the logistics return costs.
