All procedures deemed necessary to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products presented on the website are in compliance with applicable laws are strictly followed. However, there may be situations where product information, including pricing and promotional campaigns, may not have been published correctly. In these cases, GLOBAL hUNTER reserves the right not to follow up on orders containing these products. In the event that an order has been placed with said products, the Customer Service team will contact the customer to inform them of the impossibility of continuing with the order.


The impossibility of sending can also occur for other reasons, such as:


• lack of stock;


• failure to obtain payment authorization;


• order considered fraudulent.


Notice: To the extent that the products may, at any time, be subject to marketing conditions or impediments in the country of delivery, the customer must ensure the conformity of the product purchased with the legislation applicable to the territory of the delivery address. , regardless of the possibility of being subject to customs or border control. Whenever any restriction on the marketing of a product is detected in advance, it will immediately be out of stock.

All products, campaigns, promotions and offers are limited to the physical stock available and/or to the limited units determined for each campaign.

If the customer order includes a product for which there is not enough stock left, the item will be withdrawn from the order and, after receiving confirmation from the customer, the remaining products will be shipped. In the event that the product(s) out of stock belong to a pack of items, and after confirming this situation with the customer, the pack as a whole will be removed from the order.
The refund will be processed through the payment method used, the customer being informed by the Customer Service, both of the alteration of the order, and of the confirmation of the refund request.
